Didn't stay here was told we were up graded as booked last minute due to being let down was told upgrade was an apartment and 1 room in hotel

Upgrade apartment was 1 small room double bed floor height bunk bed had no safety bars to stop falling out to high to.sleep on .skin in room to small to wash up in shower room very small tv not working no at all what we paid for 1 room that was supposed to be in hotel was just in house split in to rooms

It was convenient and easy to find

No heating but it wasn't bad at all

I did not like that the property was completely unsecured! There was a door at the end of the kitchen that was not locked. When we investigated what it was there was a shower room there and another door that was also unlocked that lead to another building with more apartments. In the evening when we returned back to the property we heard loads of men talking another language at the end of the kitchen on the other side of the door. This made us feel extremely unsafe. Then the very strong smell of cigarette smoke coming through to the point my friend had to stand outside the front door on the street because she suffers with her breathing. When we entered the property and closed the door we noticed there were three locks on the door that we were unable to use which also left us feeling uncomfortable as we could not lock the door from the inside. There was a long wire trailing along the floor that we saw was only connected to the plug socket by two exposed wires. The pictures that were advertised online were not the property that was given. The fridge was wobbly and unsafe, the plug sockets were not in the best of shape and there were cupboard doors down the side of the kitchen units. Overall I am disgusted in how bad this property was and will be requesting a FULL refund. We had to be picked up at 1 in the morning because it was that unsafe !

Where it was

“Stag house” more like your lower end hostel, urine all over the toilet floor so nobody used the toilets, nothing works in the room, place was an absolute mess when we turned up, they moved us from the apparent places next door to each other, to this hostel-like place but she explained was a penthouse! We were a stag of 12 blokes, luckily not a hen, would not let any woman I know stay a night here… Absolute scam from the pictures, could have stayed in a premier inn for cheaper/better experience

There was nothing about this place i liked we arrived and the door wasn't locked. it was a state there was people staying in there!! it smelt really bad.

We booked the place, arrived and went to put code in. The door slightly opened. There was people cases everywhere. it was a real mess. I tried contacting the property owners and they ignored my calls. eveeventually at 11.30pm replied to me and said sorry the cleaners missed the house. I said there was peoples stuff in there. the next excuse they gave was sorry we doubled booked. I asked for refund of property and the £49 scam deposit they make you pay sepseparately by what's app. my account then had password tried a few times from another device !! booking.com locked account for suspicious activity SCAM !!!! REFUREFUSED TO REFUND AND BOOKING.COM HAVE NOT MADE THEM EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT STAY

Nothing - A DIRTY BUILDING SITE, with no pole dancing facility The property was dirty, it hadn’t been cleaned the cleaner showed up at 9:00PM after we check in at 3:00pm The garden was a building site with broken furniture and a broken rear door, empty laughing gas NOS was found in the property under the sink And a strong smell of weed. Toilets had a floater and dirty shower Broken walls and missing beds Duvets all dirty Lights missing batteries for the LED signs No contact from the property team, these didn’t answer any requests and have responded to my refund emails

It’s the worst STAG property I’ve stayed in and would have to be paid to stay there, but knowing what it’s like I would never stay there again.

Location was close to the sea front, only decent thing about it!

The place was overall filthy, doesn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The building is dirty looking inside and out. Dirty sanitary products were left on the shelf in the bathroom and there was stains, cracks and holes all over the bathroom and bedrooms. Rooms/ layout was nothing like the pictures and all kitchen appliances were unclean and full of mould. Once we arrived there was a lady sat on the bottom of the stairs who spoke no english so we couldn’t communicate on why she was there!! We weren’t given the check in code till 4pm when i had asked for it as we were arriving. Don’t stay here unless you are looking for a bed in a dirty house for cheap ish!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. It was absolutely FILTHY with years worth of grime on the floors, the property was not the one we booked, we booked a separate contained apartment but was given 3 hostel rooms with no kitchen, shared UNISEX bathroom and showers which were so disgusting I couldn’t even stand to be in there. There was blood all over the walls, holes everywhere and black mould EVERYWHERE. TOENAIL CLIPPINGS EVERYWHERE. Someone else’s old disgusting flip flops under the bed along with tissues. Parking is NOT AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE IT IS. Had to pay an additional £45 to stay in a car park 10 minute walk away. They do not have a reception, this is not a legitimate ‘hotel’ or company. This isn’t even HALF of the problems we had. They ignored our messages, refused any help at all and I have been fighting for a refund for a week with no sign of hope. Turned disappearing messages on on WhatsApp thinking I wouldn’t screenshot every single one of our messages. They offered us a 3hr late check out as compensation which is laughable after paying £300 for one night.

Seriously do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY you will be walking out and paying for a different hotel as we did the second you walk in there. Absolute disgrace, we were told the property we booked had been ‘damaged the night before’ AFTER we checked in and questioned why the property didn’t look anything like the pictures. This was also false - we stumbled upon our original booking down the road before checking in and were told by a group of men that they had booked it and were there until Monday. They also made me pay an additional £49 on the day in order to get the check in details otherwise we were not allowed to stay there. NO PARKING LIKE THEY HAVE STATED. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BY ANYONE.
