Location is incredible for the price - that’s about as much as I can say for it.

REQUESTED A MANDATORY £50 CHARGE AFTER IT IS TOO LATE TO CANCEL THE BOOKING - THIS PROPERTY IS A SCAM - DO NOT BOOK THIS. If an extra £50 is needed ADD IT TO THE PRICE. DO NOT demand this two days before your booking once payment has been made through booking and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Owner also demanded to communicate via WhatsApp, not via Booking.com. After the “non refundable mandatory extra deposit” was paid, we were given the wrong code for the key safe and we’re standing outside the apartment in the rain for 20 minutes waiting for the owner to contact via WhatsApp. Only one roll of toilet paper left in apartment which was confusingly - under the sink. Also under the sink was a massive can of laughing gas! Beds are crammed in wherever they can be, two “bedrooms” are separated by curtains and inside have no light fixtures at all. Windows are cracked in places, bathroom has a connecting door to the next apartment which you can hear everything through - we heard neighbours using the bathroom daily. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT - I WILL BE SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT TO BOOKING.COM STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE AND IT WILL BE BETTER.

Beds were comfortable.

Hidden charge of £49 for damage waiver that is not told to you until check in. Our check in was delayed by over 1.5 hours, and when we arrived the place had not been cleaned yet. They changed the location of where we were staying 30 mins before check in to a different location, not the one advertised on the booking. Communication poor, flat was dark and dingy, weird smell throughout. Facilities not as advertised. No sea view (I was put in a basement).

Close to beachfront

Property was dirty on arrival, staff were hard to communicate with. Deposit for the property is non-refundable which we were not told about until the day before travel. The property had cracked windows, and enough beds for 12 people crammed into a very small space allowing next to no privacy for guests. None of the party features this house shows in the photos were there.

Location was the only thing about this property worth paying for.

Host was rude from the start. Only communicated via Whatsapp so Booking.com couldn't see. Made us pay an additional £49 non refundable deposit waiver. Bed sheets had blood on it. One of the pillows was stained yellow. Property had not been cleaned at all. Room was double booked and another 8 people knocked to try and come in and they were then moved to an alternative property near by. Kitchen sink was stacked to the top with previous people who stayed there. Someone's tooth brush was in the bathroom. Owner said would refund the early check in fee however don't foresee this coming back to me. Host was ringing and sending abusive messages. 100% avoid this property unless you are willing to get scammed extra money and stay in a disgusting place.

The place was nice and neat.

The manager was extremely rude on the phone when I tried to find out why it took so long to check in . We checked in at 6 pm instead of 3pm.

Comfy beds, mostly clean kitchen

I wasn't able to contact the host by phone to confirm the key code number for the key box. Luckily we were out late so it didn't matter that check in wasn't on time. The property didn't feel secure and had a strange door in the bathroom which seemed to lead into another building but was locked from the other side. The radiator was on full so the flat was very hot on arrival. It really wasn't very clean, particularly the windows and bathroom. Some of the sheets were stained. The WiFi didn't work/wasn't switched on. Incredibly strange decor but that wasn't too much of an issue!
