Super 8 by Wyndham Houston Webster NASA

The staff was great--super friendly and helpful. I needed to have an exhibitor box shipped to the hotel. The hotel staff received it (call in advance to let them know it's coming) and carried it to my car when I checked in. Breakfast was good for being included in the price--pancakes (the automatic pancake maker is kind of cool), microwavable kolaches, yogurt, OJ, coffee, cereal. Nothing fancy--but you don't stay at Super 8 for fancy! Bed was comfortable, AC was cold, shower worked fine. Right across from Johnson Space Center. Close to lots of restaurants.

The only issue for me, the air conditioning in the room would make a loud noise when blowing cold air.

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Clean room and quite.

Is not the one I saw in the app, the room that they give us have a very bad smell. And insects in the shower. Very disappointed..

Except no black tea

Front desk lady was so helpful and nice. I wish I could remember her name….she was great!

Room smelt mike mildew really bad, beds didnt even have a fitted sheet on the, had no pool even though it says it does and shows a nice pool in the pictures. Was suppose to have a continental breakfast and we went down there and they had orange juice and a pan cake maker and that was it!! No cerual, bread for toast or anything!! If known had no breakfast and no pool we would not have booked at this place.

Advertised breakfast but only a packaged sausage in bread yogurt and packaged fruit cocktail. Pancake machine broken. No pastries.
