Nothing.

When I made the reservation, I always tell I need handicapped accessible. They put me on the second floor with no elevator. I can barely walk much less do steps. I had to drive over an hour from the airport to get there. Then late at night, 11P.M., I had to find new accommodations. I wasn't expecting this and after having our flight delayed 6 hours due to the bad weather in Houston, which I know you have no control over, it felt like a slap in the face.

This was a great place to stay for our 1 night stay. The guy in lobby who checked us in was great! He was so helpful! Loved talking to him! We will be back!

spring popping in bed every time I rolled over. There was a roach in the bathroom. And the hotel charged my credit card even though I paid through expedia. And why have online check in and then go through all the motions when I arrived at the front desk, I was just supposed to pick up my keys, at least that's what the online form told me.

Got reservation for 2 days and never clean my room .. when I ask to the front desk, the told in order to get my room clean I need a 3 day reservationโ€ฆ so no clean towels no clean roomโ€ฆ to bad never again
