"Not recommending this"

The place was ok.

The staff took too long to check us in. There was no one else checking in that time, but it took her 30 mins to validate the online booking. Her attention was scattered (eg answering the phone, talking to her friend, etc) and talks to a lot of people while I stood there waiting for her to get back to me just to ask me repeating questions.

Strategically located at the heart of Baguio. Walking distance to session road, market…. Morning shift staffs were very nice,specially Ms. April and Ms Marian. The Inn will make you feel at home. Great brewed coffee which is unli refill Food is also good

Night shift staffs wasn’t very nice (unfriendly) No toiletries given Need to get new set of towels Charging cleaning fee of p200.

Location was good. Staffs were nice. There is a cozy coffee shop at the lobby which is open 24/7.

A little noisy since the rooms were made of wood or light materials. Footsteps from the 2nd floor or even in the hallway can be heard. Also, somebody opened our door which has been locked. Good thing is that the 2nd chainlock was hooked.

"Exceptional"

They allow us to drop our baggage there early in the morning.That really helped us a lot coz we can go around first while waiting for our check in time. Also their 24hr coffee shop just inside the hotel is my favorite since I'm a coffee lover. Best place for those having their kids with them, it's just a minute away to Children's park in Burnham.

"I will never book w/ Booking.com again. Totally bad experience."

It's location is the only good thing the place can offer

1. Dishonest Booking.com - i got confirmation for Php22,000.00 attached to the email, but the total credit card bill I paid was Php22,800.00 2. Dishonest Hotel Fees - the confirmation contains Php1,000 for the pet and cleaning. But the change separate Php 800.00 for the cleaning. It's in their T&C when you check in but it's not in the booking.com confirmation. So both the hotel and booking.com are dishonest. 3. I booked room for 4, what i got is a room with 2 single beds and a matress on the floor. Again, totally dishonest from Booking.com 4. I will never use booking.com again for it is a fraud service only after your hard earned money.

Very near to the center of the City

The facilities need improvements ie no soap, towel provided cant absorb water, shower need fixing.
