1.Lousy security guard services- no one able to assist to retrieve the keys from mail room. Wasting our time asking here and there.Need to ask help from one of the resident to open the mail box room door in order to retrieve the keys. 2.Room is not tht clean.Pillow dusty. 3.Aparment with small cockroaches.
