I had a disappointment with agent who deal with us. The acsess card to the room has been blocked due the owner is not paid the management fee. We have difficulties to go to our room. We travel with kids and elderly. Each every time, when we want to go out, we need to ask help from the security guard to scan their acsess card to our level.. To go to carpark we have to go ground floor and inform the security guard to come and scan the card for our parking lot level.. I asked again with the agent, he said " not much I can help because this problem is house owner responsibility.. The acsess card problem only solved when we check out, where no more use for us.
