Long Beach Alanya - Ultra All Inclusive

I had an amazing stay at the resort! The variety of food was impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The crew were exceptionally polite and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway

The air conditioning in the restaurant was so bad. The backup genertaor for lighting only , and it is unabel to turn on the AC ,, the ecelcity was cutt off for approximatly 1 houtr and the room was so hot They called me 1st morning at 8:00 am and some one represented himself as a tour guide , wanted to make a meeting with me at 3:00 pm would like to explain to me the resort facilities and anlany places , 😑... Though i was booking my room through booking.com , but he said that he is from the agency lab lab lab

Aqua facilities , they have 2 - 3 more than most of the 5* hotels in Turkey. I have 3 children so very suitable for them. The main reason i chose this hotel. Nice island at the sea side. Nice rooms / hotel, much choice in dinner and 4 snack restaurant.

1.Airconditioning did not work good at the maine restaurants even more worse and the kids restaurant! I did not like the desserts/ cakes, to much same taste. Bad soda drinks and to crowded at breakfast/ dinner even at 21:00. No relaxed dinner.

The food is very nice plenty for all the tastes ! The location also amazing but in my opinion is space for improvement regarding the noise !

We took one of the top range villa The rooms weren't really clean, especially the toilets The mattres and bellows weren't comfortable The toilets around the pools too dirty and smelly

Pool/beach area, plenty to do for kids. Plenty of sunbeds in the morning available

Far too busy and under staffed. Food section in main restaurants was minimal and cold. Al la carte in the aisian restaurant was diabolical and the service was shocking. The shower pressure in my room was so poor. I won't be back
