Long Beach Alanya - Ultra All Inclusive

The swim up pool at the villa was very nice and the rooms were clean. The beach is very clean and the water parks were fun. Our waiter Kaam at the villa restaurant was super friendly and made our stay special. The kids enjoyed all the activities and we made some good memories together. The hammam and the massage at the spa were great. The sunrise from the pier was amazing!

The quality of the wines was not great. The villas were close to a mosque and we were up almost every morning at 5:45 because of the loud prayers. The highway noise was very noticeable.

Pools, slides & beach. It’s very clean and well looked after.

Rooms were a bit basic, but good enough. Restaurants especially main one were very busy so we preferred to go to the harmony one as it’s a bit quieter. Food was acceptable for the amount of people they need to feed, however it was frustrating to queue up to get something and it to run out and see people loading up their plates ahead of you, only to see it left on people’s tables as you left the restaurant.

Excellent top of the range facilities, the resort has everything you can think of to a high standard

The inclusion of the Harmony hotel may have added to the facilities however, there is a distinct difference in standards in the rooms and facilities in the harmony side. Therefore it does not make sense to check in guests who have paid for a 5 star experience and send them to rooms in the harmony side which are 3 star at best . The staff at long beach although mostly courteous and friendly they do have a tendency to treat non who’re guests with a lesser regard than others. On several occasions our children were spoken to in a harsh manner by bar and pool staff where as white children were greeted with a smile. Although we understand long beach guests are mainly Russian and other Europeans we paid the same money to be there and expect to be treated fairly. This was also evident as it appeared that the Harmony check in was predominantly non white guests not what we expected to experience as we had stayed at long beach before and insisted to be moved to the main area.

Everything were very good

The reception didnot allow us to stay few hours before our check in date. We arrived at night before our checkin day, this was because our flight cancelled and we took another one.

Lots for the kids to do. Constant food and drinks available. Food was very good. Ice creams milkshakes and mocktails available for the children.

Not much information given on check in just a QR code, found snack bars from seeing where people were coming from with food however if we checked the QR code we would have had all of the information. Pool side toilets were abit grim at times. Need to get up early to reserve sunbeds
