Всичко е супер

Преди 2 година бяхме там, храната беше много разнообразна, сега сезон 2025г храната беше много еднообразна, за 9 дни в които бяхме там всеки ден имаше само скумрия и бяла риба и само една вечер имаше по - различна риба. Преди 2 години през 2023 беше много по разнообразно. Не съм сигурна дали бих се върнала отново, защото тази година определено беше занижено от към храна и обслужване на сервитьорите в ресторанта.

here you’ll have everything you need in one resort. There are beach, waterpark, amusement park, evening show, spa, shops, you name it. And if that’s not enough basaar and outlet mall are only few steps away from the gate. Food is served in some of the buffet restaurants at any given time and no matter where in the resort you are it is always close by. This resort is really worthy of 5 stars.

Przyjazny personel. Smaczne jedzenie, ładny obiekt

Stosunek personelu recepcji do gości w przypadku problemu był mało profesjonalny a nawet arogancki. Zalany w czasie deszczu pokój przez przeciekający dach nie zrobił wrażenie na personelu. Dostałam drugi pokój też zalany tylko trochę mniej. Ludzie z recepcji podeszli do sprawy obojętnie. Powinni zmienić personel recepcji i przeszkolić w pewnych kwestiach.

Everything was perfect. The room was good in size and clean. There are too many restaurants that work 24/7. The food quality was great. Despite large number of people but still manage to do everything without waiting. We have been upgraded for Sea view room and VIP wristbands band, thanks to booking.com. Staff were very helpful, speak English and happy to help

Just one to note, the rooms in-front are slightly noisy from the motorway and the windows are not sound proof

Very good hotel, good food a lot of choices, entertainment 10/10, large territory! Enough sunbeds for everyone! Villas territory is excellent and we enjoyed it!

Nothing at all regarding the hotel!
