The apartment was well equiped, modern and renovated. It has all what u might need. And the location was 5 min walk from convention center. 10 min walk from downtown. The host was responsive. There s a free parking for every unit.

It doesnt have an elevator, there s a long stairs, if u have so many luggage it s not so easy. U cant set the room temperature, it was a bit cold by day, but they turn off the AC by night. Although the location is great, but the street is so noisy at night, there s a club, maybe bcz we came on weekend, and u can hear people on the street, there s also construction in the next buidling starting 7:00 am

Location. Location. Location. We parked our car and didn't move it once during our 2.5 day stay. We walked to Reading Market several times, walked to "old" Philadelphia for a walking tour, walked to our restaurant locations, and walked to the Art Gallery. Great place to stay geographically. While no couch, and TV watching was from the bed, we had everything we needed during our stay. The place was immaculately clean so huge plus.

We had a glitch getting into the property. We'd been told to expect an email with access information about an hour before our 4:00 check-in time. When we'd not received anything by 3:55, I contacted the hosts. We heard nothing despite contacting them multiple ways (text, booking messaging). Just before 6:00, we'd decided to cut our losses, head out of town, find a hotel, and request a refund for the property. At that point, we received access details. While we were happy to not have to find alternate arrangements, the multiple-hour delay in gaining access, indeed in hearing at all from the hosts, was a little disconcerning. The hosts offered no explanation for the delay but did apologize. Once this matter was resolved, the property itself, and the rest of our stay went swimmingly.

You cannot set the room temperature yourself! You need to text the landlord to do this. In my case, they took forever to figure out how to increase the temperature, and I was constantly cold the first 3 days of my stay! Be aware if you come in cold weather! Also be aware that due to the central location, there is a lot of noise from the street, especially weekdays early morning.

It was a perfect size, had the basic kitchen utensils and shower essentials in case we forgot anything. It was very clean and a wonderful location

The apartment was very clean, bright and newly updated. The location was great, easy walk towards, Chinatown, city hall,to River walk, convention center market and all city sights! The apartment was very clean and cozy. Alina & Fanny were quick to respond with the temperature setting. Very safe great neighborhood. Perfect for one or two people. All amenities were perfect. We would definitely choose to stay again. Great communication from Alina & Fanny. Would definitely highly recommend!

The only set back was the apartment layout. There is really no place two people can sit and relax after walking all day. Only one chair in bedroom, otherwise you sit on bed. There was a leak under kitchen sink the pipe tube was loose, hoping a quick fix after we left. The shower was good, only wait a while for hot water.

A really convenient place to stay in Philadelphia. Outdoor (reserved) parking is adjacent to the building. Kitchen is well stocked. The pizza place downstairs had good looking pizza, really good valued sandwiches. Walking distance to Christ Church burial ground, Liberty Bell, Chinatown, Reading Terminal Market, City Hall, Love Park etc

Room temperature was set to 70 degrees and couldn't be changed but the room felt much colder (like 65-ish). The shower's hot water took a LONG time to come in and it was barely hot, making taking the shower uncomfortable since the bathroom was cold.
