Location

Receptionist was very rude, I got a link for advance payment, that I made but they didn't acknowledge, I had the screen shot as proof but they didn't agree. I had to pay the full amount again. Hotel was also not conveyed of inclusion of my breakfast by fab hotels . Very poor communication
