Overall opinion is centrally located, affordable, good rooms,

Front office very slow and one dis-advantage is - NO LIFT hence a kind of trouble to ladies and elderly.

We made a booking, but upon arrival the man behind the reception refused to check us in. No explanation was given.

There was nothing to like. The staff did not at all know their duty. TV was not working and after repeated requests and wasting the whole day it turned on for only 1/2 hr. or so. We choose stay with breakfast and dinner but in the dinner they offered only a fixed thaali having a small bowl of dal, a vegetable small bowl, chapaati and rice. There was no other option. In the breakfast they offered bread butter, etc. If someone wants to stay there better not to opt any food.
