Everything is excellent
The only complaint was the room was very warm even with windows open. But what a beautiful place!
USFresh breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The Oaks is nostalgic and had great history. The location was perfect. A very quaint and quiet place. Our room was gorgeous; the furniture was beautiful and the fireplace was amazing! Thank you.
Our stay was during the off season, so the place needed a little TLC. Nothing serious, but noticeable.

Although the original character was quite evident, it truly could use some updating. Additionally, a small fridge was placed in our room on a very unstable bench. It threatened to tip over when opened. Larger soap would have been appreciated also.
USIf you're looking for a warm and friendly staff, this is not the place to stay. The house was okay. Bathroom had no AC and was quite uncomfortable as it was a separate room from the bedroom. Breakfast was okay and cook was friendly. Asked for extra towels twice and never received them. Wasn't the worst place, but will look for other accomadations next time.

We had a wonderful experience. We booked online last minute and felt very welcomed. The bed was super comfy the house was extremely quiet and the bathroom had everything we needed. We enjoyed a great breakfast before we left the next day. Would definitely stay here again.
