Ligging t.o.v. de plaats zelf. Goede ruimte.

Bed en bank hebben hun beste tijd duidelijk gehad. Makkelijk parkeren in de buurt kost extra.

"Convenient Base for city centre"

Convenient location to easily access Colchester by foot.

Parking was scarce, road outside was busy, not much written information had to work out TV for ourselves, iPlayer would not load. Had to report outdoor sink waste pipe broken and rubbish had not been collected previous week.

"Great little house in a good spot."

Comfortable beds. Very well equipped house. Handy location - walkable to the city centre. Owners were very good at communicating/providing information.

Not much to criticise. Only slight issue with TV not being able to get normal broadcast channels but only a minor issue I used public transport. Using a car might be an issue as parking is limited.
