Location and size of the apartment. The sea view was stunning!

only 2 mugs, one teaspoon short in general of crockery. food had been left in the freezer obviously not checked. many steps to room i did not realize the flat was that high up

Loved the location

Top floor and only two cups in the flat. We had to take turns for a cuppa.

Very comfortable. Feels like home.

Only one very minor issue. Please, fix the shelves in the refrigerator. The rest is amazing.

Great location, great apartment, beautiful view from the window. Good and quick communication with the housekeeper. She was very helpful.

Bit run down, not enough plates , cutlery, also the knives , cutlery were of a very cheap quality. Window in living room was broken and badly covered with carton. Cold wind come in through there. No shelves in fridge. We understood they were waiting for these to be fixed and delivered. But it would have been nice if we had been informed about this before we booked/ arrived.

Great location for being close to the Old Town & Beach. Great restaurants nearby & a brand new children’s playground which was brilliant. Kids were very happy! Very spacious living room. Minimal - which worked well for us! A lovely sea view. Nice and clean too. The children enjoyed it and the hosts were very accommodating. I think the place has lots of potential.

The broken window needs fixed. The views are a selling feature and the cardboard obstructed it. Likewise, it lets cold in and it’s winter. There needs more cleaning stuff, sprays & proper washing up liquid. More knifes and forks - and matching sets. A small thing but just elevates the experience. I would also use white cotton bedding - but that’s being particular. Feels more like a hotel and less like someone else’s bedroom. New hardware in the bathroom - the shower head was a little tired and the door let water out. Also - white towels. We genuinely felt the place has so much potential. And rugs with thicker pile because the carpets are a bit thin - which is fine. I think it’ll just make it feel a bit more high end and honestly then you could charge more.

I can't believe the 8.7 rating this property has on booking.com. It is incredibly dirty and needs some TLC. On arrival I just wanted to leave but we arrived too late to organise somewhere else to stay. The owners offered us a refund of £30 if we didn't leave a bad review, which tells me this must be happening a lot as there's no way the cleanliness level is what reviews have put on here. See photos! the issues included: - broken window covered with cardboard screwed into the frame with screws - cold noisy wind coming through - broken dishwasher with a pool of absolutely disgusting dirty stinky water in the bottom of it - no shelves in the fridge and dirty and in need of a clean - freezer had frozen the drawers shut - the shower head needs replacing and was covered in black mould - the shower was dirty and needs a proper clean - black mould and pink scum - the light shades and tops of wardrobes had a thick layer of dust and on top of the wardrobe was random bits of rubbish - no light bulb in the light fixture in the living room - sparce cutlery - only 1 wine glass - dirty kitchen bin - cushion covers on sofa felt dirty and need a wash The place needs a lick of paint as stains from water leaks (or something similar) are on the walls. There is no access to heating so on arrival it was cold as the bedroom windows were all open (probably due to the terrible smell from dishwasher) and we had no way to turn the heating up to warm the place up. Also the shared hallway with other flat has carpet and from the entrance all the way up to this top flat was filthy! Very disappointed with our stay and having paid so much money to be in such a dirty place.
