GBCould not better the location and what a view from the front window! Loved the sky lights. We had both storms and sun and these sky lights let us enjoy both.
The shower is perfectly adequate, but maybe the shower head could benefit from being replaced? There are a few wear and tear bits here and there but nothing that interfered with our stay. I would happily stay here again next time I am in hastings.

GBThe flat itself was clean and tidy.
Access from the front door to the flat was messy, a lot of smells of drug smoke.
GBGBGBThis was a very short visit to have a little time away with my daughter before she goes back to New Zealand. It was very adequate for purpose, clean and comfortable. We were hardly in the apartment and did not eat there. It was in an ideal position and we walked everywhere.
Windows rattled in the wind and the seagulls and pigeons were noisy early in the morning. These things were not problems at all.
GBOnce inside the property was very spacious .
The crockery could be replaced and we only had 3 mugs , there could be more of the kitchen cutlery too.
