La Maison by Dia Hotels and Homes

The staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The hotel was comfortable, pleasant and clean all around. The location was very convenient for everything.

The record keeping/ guest entry is not quite well maintained. There is limited parking space in the area which is not a hotel issue.

Location and it’s close from the Vivanta for breakfast. Warm and cosy place with all beautiful colonial aesthetics.

Coffee machine was not working… so could not invite friends over late night jamming session.

The staff were great. Mr. Tipanna is a very courteous, responsive and helpful person. So is Mr. Anil. The breakfast at Vivanta was pleasurable and delightful for a great morning start.

The WiFi was a struggle. The creds didn’t work ever so often.

The property is at a very nice location and is kept clean

The facilities was very poor. They did not have hand towels or toilet rolls in the bathroom which is very basic. We had to insist on getting us soap which was as not kept. It was disappointing that a property maintained by Taj groups did not have basic amenities
