It’s a beautiful boutique property located in Fountainhas. l with picturesque streets all around. All basic amenities are present. The hotel team was extremely courteous and just a call away. Within proximity of Airports, Casinos, Miramar beach etc All the homes/hotels are of Portuguese built. Colourful villas, beautiful architecture. Lots of beautiful and local cafes all around. The

Nothing to Dislike.

Historic boutique style in the heart of Fountainhas.

Nothing specific. Staff met my needs when I asked.

Beautiful heritage property (you can’t miss it on arrival as it’s very popular with tourists for instagram!) with nice internal decoration. Spacious simple rooms with AC and fan. Breakfast is included and cooked fresh - juice, one hot dish and tea/coffee. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice enough place.

Nice place, friendly staff, one down site was had to get a new internet access every day which was annoying

Location is great. And its a lovely boutique property.

But there are teething issues. Like restaurant not operational, internet issues, ACs not effective, toiletteries missing. And all these can be and should be resolved. Considering how much they charge for a room

The location, the arrangement and decoration in old style Portuguese House, the breakfast was good.

We had stayed in this hotel 5 years ago when it was called Panjim Pousada and has really enjoyed its place and decoration. So we decided to come back as we were one more in Goa. The hotel is under a new manager, same arrangement and decoration but no more any restaurant, our room was not done and cleaned between the 2 nights. Yet the price was multiplied by 3 in between. It no longer corresponds at all to the hotel's standing. Elsewhere in India, including in major cities, we have stayed in hotels of a much higher standard with better equipped rooms, swimming pool, spa and several restaurants at a much lower price. What's more, the manager tried to charge us double what was shown on the website and we wasted a lot of time sorting this out.

Nice location. Clean accommodation. Good omlettes for breakfast. Rooms are decently sized and the decor is tasteful. The morning staff is polite and helpful.

The property says that it is a full board, but we were served only breakfast. No lunch and no dinner was available for us. And no coffee or tea either except for in breakfast. This is cheating, as the money was taken on the promise of full board. While the accommodation is nice, the night manager is a weird man who was shaming us for getting a room to stay and still asking for dinner. Bad experience, will not stay there again.
