La ubicación a 5 minutos de la estación y al lado de zona de restaurantes y a un paseo al puerto. Los propietarios muy atentos te facilitan todo tipo de información. El alojamiento muy completo, con todos los detalles. La Spezia muy recomendable como campamento base para visitar las Cinqueterre y también es una ciudad muy bonita para visitar.

"Fantástico, bien ubicado y excelente atención."

Ubicación a 2 cuadras del tren, a 2 cuadras del paseo peatonal, con supermercado y lugares para comer muy cerca, a 15 min del puerto caminando. Las habitaciones 2 y 3 limpias con buena ropa de cama y toallas, con aire acondicionado, hervidor + sobres de café y azúcar para cada día. Afuera sala con maquina de café. Elementos de aseo y secador de pelo. Elisa muy amable y siempre disponible para aportar datos y orientación. Fue muy cariñosa en dejarnos vino de bienvenida y chocolate en la partida.

Todo bien. Tal vez un mejor colchón y un cubre colchón sólo de algodón. Volvería a este lugar. Muy recomendable.

El trato de la responsable del hotel. Su amabilidad y disposición para responder a las preguntas. Las instalaciones tal como se mencionaban. Muy buena ubicación

Si bien la habitación era espaciosa, tenía una ventana que daba al nivel de la vereda y por esa razón estaba opacada y no tenía visibilidad al exterior.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Haben sehr gute Tipps und beantworten fragen. Sauberes, sicheres und zentrales Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.

Es war alles gut. Im Zimmer hört man die Strasse neben an, falls das Fenster offen bleibt über die Nacht. Ist aber für eine zentrale Lage völlig ok.
