They didn't have the luggage holding facility, so I need to be pay another 20Euro's for 2 bags, which added to my cost. They should give an option of , if no valuables, they should store it for free, as the bounce.com gives 10K insurance, mine had only clothes, I really didn't need bounce.

Great place in the center of the city, very close to the train station. The staff was very helpful; we had to inform them about our time of arrival in advance and they were very accomodating.

Very confortable and the hosts were amazing. Good indications and recomendations. We really appreciate their kindness and how communicative they were.

Einfaches Zimmer mit Bad, was seinen Zweck jedoch voll erfüllt! Nette Gastgeberin, die unkompliziert via Whatsapp zu erreichen ist und auch viele wertvolle Tipps gibt. Man wohnt direkt im Zentrum von La Spezia neben der Hauptstraße für Restaurants und Geschäfte, die bis zum Hafen hinunter führt. Zudem ist man in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof, von wo man die Cinque Terre perfekt erkunden kann.

Da man sich direkt im lebhaften Zentrum befindet, kann es nachts schon mal eim wenig lauter werden, was aber absolut normal und im Rahmen ist. Um Parkmöglichkeiten muss man sich selber kümmern und sollte dies im Vorfeld ein wenig planen. Wer nicht irgendwo an der Straße etwas suchen will, dem kann ich den DARMI Park empfehlen. Überwachtes Parkhaus allerdings 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt - nach dem Einfahren kann man innerhalb von 10 mit dem Ticket Tagespauschalen buchen. 1 Tag 10 Euro und 3 Tage 30 Euro - aus meiner Sicht fair. Unbedingt aber vorher am Automat auswählen, ansonsten zahlt ihr im Nachgang ganz normal pro Stunde und dann wird es richtig teuer

Muito boa localização. Perto da estação de comboio. A anfitriã esteve sempre disponível para nos ajudar no que precisávamos. Inclusive ajudou-nos com o estacionamento do carro indicando uma zona gratuita.

Para o tipo de alojamento, achei tudo adequado.

Es war alles sauber, die Lage war sehr zentral, es gab sogar Wasser und Wein für uns, eine Kaffemaschine bei der Rezeption… was will man mehr :)

Nos encantó la ubicación para visitar Cinque Terre. Trato exquisito por parte de Elisa que nos explicó todo perfectamente y nos dió información de restaurantes, alguno de los cuales probamos y estuvo genial en cuanto a calidad y precio. Totalmente recomendable.
