Location very good Clveey good value for money

The windows didn't open Aircondition was right above our head so we couldn't put it on on cold in the night and it was super warm we didn't sleep well at all And the toilet sit is moving and there is constantly bad smell in the bathroom because the room doesn't get dressed up as the windows don't open

location was good. 7eleven at the ground floor was the life saver. quite a few food option in the Ayala centre, though we didn't like most of them. room access was easy.

the apartment was way smaller than expected. too small for 2 Adult + 2 kid. it is actually good for couples.
