Queen Size Studio in Solinea, Cebu City

I like about the location is just beside alaya center and very accessible to transport and to eat. The property is quite and safe. And it's clean I definitely want to stay there in the future.

I just didn't like that you'd pay for 4 guest but only 2 guest can use the pool. And when I have pay they don't accept cash so its very inconvenient for some people who don't have Internet banking. May I just suggest that, just include every any facility bill in one payments including room and pool.

Perfect location (very close to Ayala mall) With basic amenities Complete entertainment (Netlix, Youtube premium subscription) Cozy Complete studio type apartment. .Perfect for long stay accommodation: Washing machine, utensils, hot and cold water, fridge, etc. The toilet has bidet. Easy check in. Good security. Safe surroundings.

Eveything's perfect except for these: We weren't able to sleep well. It seems there's an insect. Maybe it's coming from the duvet. It needs to be dry cleaned/washed.. In my opinion, pillows were not that soft. The faucets need thorough as well as the pail, and water dipper. If these 3 keypoints will be addressed. I will give them perfect score.

Top location, very nice condo, everything was there, good communication, very wel organized.

Very conveniently located to the mall. The staff was friendly and the apartment was as advertised.

The location is central for walking distance to anything one might need. The building and property are very well taken care of. The elevator is fast and not crowded most of the time. Our room was clean and comfortable with many amenities.

The shower could use a better seal or raised floor between bathroom so not so much water gets into the bathroom floor. Although the design is very nice it is a bit crowded with superfluous stuff. With baggage it would be nice to have more space.
