Olá Lisbon - Panoramic luxury Graça III

It smelled awful since the moment we entered. I think it was the pipes in the bathrooms. We told the owner a she didn’t even reply. The 2 air conditioners in the living room didn’t work. During the day we couldn’t stay there because of the amount of heat. The owner didn’t give us at least an option to solve it. The smell was awful, in one of the rooms we had to sleep with the windows open because of the smell, but the noise outside was also too much, so in the 4 nights we stayed, my sister couldn’t sleep at all. The windows were also super dirty, in all the house. They should REFUND us the money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Apartmán je skvelo vybavený - veľká kuchyňa - poháre, taniere, príbory. Môžete si variť. Apartmán má chladničku, rýchlovarnú kanvicu, mikrovlnku, práčku, sporák... Neďaleko sú skvelé potraviny. Apartmán má krásny výhľad. Postele boli pohodlné, dobre sme sa vyspali. Izby čisté, sú tam 3 toalety. V každej izbe je klimatizácia. V Lisabone sme boli tretí krát a tento apartmán bol najlepší. V okolí je čínska reštaurácia, výborná pizza a niekoľko snackov. Je tu pekáreň, kde som si každé ráno chodil pre čerstvé pečivo. lokalita je s fajn výhľadom.

Pred domom je ale veľa smetí od ľudí z okolia - papiere, bordel, odpadky. Nafúka to tam vietor a nikto to nechodí upratať. V horúcom dni majú problém s vyrážaním zápachu z wc a sprchy. Keď sme prišli na apartmán, mal som pocit, že bol práve niekto na wc.

La propreté du logement n'était clairement pas satisfaisante. Des traces de gras sur les placards de la cuisine, de la poussière noire sur les plinthes, les joints de la salle de bain noirs, odeurs de canalisations dans tout l'appartement. Les deux climatiseurs du salon ne fonctionnaient pas. La personne qui dormait dans le salon a dû dormir trois nuits avec les fenêtres ouvertes pour que la chaleur soit supportable.

Il panorama dal soggiorno

Gli scarichi delle docce dei due bagni erano intasati fino Al quinto giorno di soggiorno, i condizionatori in soggiorno non funzionavano, la struttura era poco pulita. I gestori della struttura fin dall'inizio del soggiorno con il loro comportamento ci hanno confermato che non era loro volontà intervenire per risolvere i problemi, bensì farci finire il soggiorno senza risolverli. I condizionatori non sono mai stati aggiustati. Per un soggiorno di 7 notti per sei persone ci hanno dato un asciugamano a testa; le stoviglie non erano sufficienti per sei persone, due sole pentole per cucinare. Come esposto ampiamente nei reclami telefonici chiedo un rimborso per soggiorno non conforme a quanto descritto nella pagina booking

It’s roomy and has extra bathroom space. The view is ridiculous.

It was hard to keep water in the shower due to the shower curtain. Also it smelled bad when we went in. Not sure what it was but it was difficult to air out bc we got there late and needed to go to bed. If we opened the windows you could hear people at the nearby restaurant/bar.

Fantastic views and close to tram 28 the Castelo and restaurants.
