Olá Lisbon - Panoramic luxury Graça III

Great views and spacious. Having 2.5 bathrooms was convenient.

Cleanliness was an issue. One of the sheets had a drop of blood.

The view was amazing! Also the apartment was very big and we appreciated this as a group of 5 people.

Overall the apartment was not very clean in certain areas (like the living room). Also there was an unpleasant smell coming from 2 of the bathrooms. In the room that I was staying I wasn’t able to lock the bathroom’s door from the outside because the handle was missing, which was frustrating. Also the wifi had issues.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the shower in one of the en suits. The water didn’t go down the drain and sometimes the bathroom was flooded with water

We loved this apartment - the views, the location, the layout, the amenities. We were able to find parking right in front of the building, were a short walk from the highest miradouro (although you don’t even need to go to it because the views from the apartment are perfect) and close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Check in was super simple thanks to Paulo and the keypad entry made it easy for all of us to come and go as we pleased. The neighbourhood was very quiet at night and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for our group of five and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We could have used a few more towels as there were only enough provided for four people but the apartment sleeps six. Take caution with the shower head because it isn’t fixed to the wall and too much pressure will result in you washing the whole bathroom by accident.

The view was spectacular. The beds were comfy & we had everything we needed. The apartment was in a great location to explore Lisbon & for food & drink. Good price.

The shower room smelt damp, the bath mat was rotten & smelly so we put it away in the spare bathroom. It needs to be thrown away. The shower room had curtains & black out blinds that were wet from the shower. The wooden window sill by the shower was coming away. Then on the last morning the floor was damp & a pipe under the sink had split. I texted the Man that gave us the door code when we left but he didn’t reply to my text. I don’t think many people cook in this property & when I felt some utensils needed washing first. Wooden utensils aren’t appropriate for a rental. We asked them to remove feathers & there were multiple cushions on the beds & in the lounge with feathers. We put all these in the spare bathroom as played my Hisbabd & Sons asthma up.

Great location. Very roomy apartment with amazing views which accommodated our group very well. Clean and very comfortable. We would come back again.
