Lovely 2BR Apt in Sheffield City Centre

Good central location, appartment was clean, bathroom very modern

Stained bedding, microwave unsafe to use as placed on top of fridge , so well over head height. Sockets in kitchen area next to the sink , so when using toaster and kettle they're plugged in next to a water source , double sockets in the dining area loose and decor a little tired. Lobby area also needs attention as there is a foul smell as soon as you step out of the lift.

Location, 2 spacious bedrooms, Netflix

The smell in the corridor was rancid, Like rotting fish was unbearable tbh. Carpets outside in corridor badly stained. Toilet seat belts as loose so needs fixing

The apartment was clean and the location excellent. The booking.com team were very helpful and tried hard to resolve the issues we had.

I was sure when we booked it said parking was free but when I enquired about this a few days arriving I was told there was no longer free parking available. We needed a microwave to heat up our food but the microwave did not work. The kettle had been burnt so the water tasted burnt. The booking.com team tried to help us which we did appreciate. The sofa was very uncomfortable.

Sofa bed was a bit complicated but worked it out in the end.

There's a few things that needs to be looked into. But overall it's good.

I know it might be difficult, but the lobby area and elevator needs some attention. Maybe change the carpet to vinyl flooring. Clean the interior of the elevator more often and painting.

The property had everything you would need for a stay. The apartment was modern and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The location was perfect.

Location is great. Place was clean and tidy

There was a few broken bits and bobs in the flat when we arrived. The hot water stopped working part way that he weekend

The photos are accurate with the property which was great very modern inside and perfect for a weekend away

The instructions for the boiler were difficult we couldn’t get it to work at all throughout our stay so none of us were able to properly shower I messaged numerous times and had unhelpful replies it actually ruined the stay completely as we were freezing trying to get ready to do anything The blinds also don’t work so we were all up at 6.30am

The only upside to this apartment was where it was located. The rest was nothing but negatives from start to finish.

The apartment was dirty upon arrival, used sanitary products left in bins, flies around windows, a broken bed which staff admitted they were aware of. A leak in a wardrobe which resulted in one guests whole luggage being ruined. The staff came to "rectify" this and basically removed a slat from the broken bed and told us this would hold... It didn't and continuously popped out our whole stay. They alerted us to the leak 2 days into our stay, should have been done prior. They emptied the bin and removed the flies, the dirty cooker I highlighted was left like that, as were the windows. All blinds were half broken and the water barely reached a proper warm temperature when showering. Overall it was a lot of money to pay for less than a 1 star experience.
