Lovely 2BR Apt in Sheffield City Centre

The only upside to this apartment was where it was located. The rest was nothing but negatives from start to finish.

The apartment was dirty upon arrival, used sanitary products left in bins, flies around windows, a broken bed which staff admitted they were aware of. A leak in a wardrobe which resulted in one guests whole luggage being ruined. The staff came to "rectify" this and basically removed a slat from the broken bed and told us this would hold... It didn't and continuously popped out our whole stay. They alerted us to the leak 2 days into our stay, should have been done prior. They emptied the bin and removed the flies, the dirty cooker I highlighted was left like that, as were the windows. All blinds were half broken and the water barely reached a proper warm temperature when showering. Overall it was a lot of money to pay for less than a 1 star experience.

Comfortable, clean and in a very good location. My teen daughter no longer likes sleeping in a family room with a parent. This apartment was good value for money for 2 separate bedrooms and a living area.

The only minor niggle is that the flush on the toilet was weak and multiple flushes were always needed!

From the previous messages sent to me, i am aware that to renew the apartment it should be done 24 hours to expiration of my stay. I was amazed that 48 hours to the expiration of my stay i could not extend it. This was very unfortunate and i was virtually stranded with kids who could not understand what went wrong.
