Apartment David, 2mins from town centre

Bonne localisation et épicerie proche.

Vaisselles salles sous l’évier, rien pour laver et essuyer vaisselle. Cuisine besoin de nettoyage! Salle de bain très petite.

Location was great, close to the ferry and old town. Beds were very comfortable and a/c in bedrooms very welcome.

Fridge/freezer and dishwasher in need of a good clean. Shower was quite awkward to use for tall people (1.8m). TV didn't work.

Petit appartement situé proche du centre ville mais avec accès possible en voiture ce qui était appréciable avec nos bagages, et places de stationnement gratuite dans la rue ! Literie confortable et climatisation très efficace. Hôte réactif vis-à-vis de nos questions.

Salle de bain exigüe, ainsi que la pièce "séjour/coin cuisine".

L emplacement est tres bien, a 5mn a pied des ferry et du centre, et en meme temps au calme. Les lits etaient confortables et propres avec une bonne climatisation.

Le logement meriterait un vrai coup de cleaning : wc, cuisine avec de la vaiselle sale des precedents locataires dans le lave vaiselle, le congelateur est degoutant, des chaussettes sales...

The communication with David and check in process was very good. The apartment is nice and the beds are comfortable. The location can't be beat. Few minutes away from the water and the palace.

The property was very dirty, dust everywhere, bedsheets were old and scratchy, there was dirty smelly socks in the drawers and dirty dishes piled into the back of the cupboard instead of being washed

The host was terrible at communicating we received no message one booked. I then messaged the host weeks before and did not receive any response. So then called a few days before arrival as I was worried they were unaware of there stay. The host didn’t answer our calls multiple times and texted “??” In response we explained we hadn’t heard from him and were making sure our booking was ok and he said it’s confirmed. The day before arrival and of arrival we tried to reach him several times about when we could check in and how to check in and did not hear from him again until we have contacted him many times.
