Apartment David, 2mins from town centre

The location is close to the center (5-10 minutes by walk). There is on-street parking available just in front of the property but not reserved. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom had toiletries available. Hair dryer and duvet were also available, and clean towels were provided. It has hot water with good pressure. Easy to communicate with the staff. Keys were left at an easy to spot area when checking in.

There was a musky smell around the apartment. We needed to air it out for a while as soon as we arrived. The space for showering is small. Wifi is weak in one of the bedrooms. Space in the dining area is limited. It is not step-free, with a few steps on the stairs to the entrance, was not a problem for us. The streets can get crowded with parked cars.

Nice quiet area, under 10 mins walk to palace, mini supermarket nearby, comfy bed, parking was free on the street. We recommend confirming arrival time in advance so there is no check-in delay. Owner was very helpful and communicative about checkin when we did contact him. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in David’s apartment - it was in a perfect place to enjoy Split as it’s a short walk to the old town and also walking distance to local beaches (we spent time at Mistral free beach and the water was beautiful). The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean, and the host helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend a stay here.
