The photos shown in the booking site are not the actual one. The rooms are pathetic. It was not cleaned properly. The fan regulator was not working.

The address given on the website was wrong. Phone number was invalid. Waste of money taking the cab.

The plus point was the location and the cleanliness of the laundry and washrooms

1. There is no lift available and rooms are on the second and third floor which is no where mentioned 2. There is no housekeeping staff 3. The bed had caved in 4. There was a lot of noise in the lobby area 5. We had to ask for everything even as basic as dustbins and towels

When I reached the property, I saw that 3 people were sitting in the lobby with Zomato delivery persons; there was a full smoke smell. I paid the money, and then I asked for a room, and they provided me with room #203, which is located just behind the reception. When I shut the door, I realized that sound was clear coming from the lobby, whatever was talking with each other. So I feel this room is not safe for a couple, and then I ask the receptionist to change my room, but they reply there is no room available tonight. Than I asked to cancel my booking and refund my money, and they replied once you checked in after that, you can't cancel the booking. Than I called the helpline service, which is provided with booking confirmation. He wasted my 30-35 minutes and then replayed that I can't shift you anywhere because the hotels are not taking calls this time, which is located near by. Then again, I asked for cancellation of my booking, but he is also required to tell me that is not possible once you checked in. Same time I left the property and came back.

No dustbin, keys are not working properly. No lift and no help for the luggage also there was no soap in the room.

The property is in a very shady place and didn’t seem to be safe at all and, didn’t even complete the stay, left after 30 mins of checking in, it was the worst decision booking this property and the customer care also wasn’t helpful when i contacted them and told them that this property is misrepresenting itself
