Deluxe 2-Bedroom Flat with Free parking

Location and good size, nice and cozy

Parking was little awkward during times when i have to move my car before 8am in the morning

Location was great, the flat was clean, tidy and spacious, to say it was on a main road there was not much noise at all! I stayed on the sofa bed in the living room and there was minimal noise. The owner was also great! We struggled to get the key out of the key safe when we arrived and he immediately reassured us and told us he was coming to help. I also left a pair of shoes there and he done everything he could to check if they were where I left them which they were & he has agreed to post them to me as I live in another city! Very honest, reliable & respectful.

One minor thing as there was 5 of us staying there would have been great to have more cups/mugs available.

Clean and basic, but was perfect for what we needed.

Difficult access to parking from main road.

Location was superb, loads of nice restaurants and bars nearby. I was there for Moseley Folk Festival so it was ideal as was really close. Made arrangements to park early at the property which was really handy also. The property looks to be newly renovated so super clean and modern and quite spacious. Shame I was only there for one night and solo!

It was clean and reasonably comfortable.

Deluxe means something luxurious. This apartment was not luxurious. I would only object to the description given by the landlord. The apartment was OK.

The location was on a busy road, and was noisy, but the bedrooms were at the back so didn't disturb sleep. The flat was up very steep stairs; not a problem for us, but just for information. The flat was very clean and well equipped.

The only downside was one of the bedrooms (with a sky light) did not have proper curtains / blinds. Luckily we had brought black out blinds with us, but could be a problem for others. The shower is only a shower head from the mixer tap, and is about 5ft high which made showering uncomfortable and tricky.
