Good space. Helpful agent. He was always willing to help. I think a good place for a single person

Location is too busy. Roadworks didn’t help traffic wise. Parking is not great particularly when some else parks badly. I would advise that things like an iron and ironing board be standard without having to ask for it. Toaster needed cleaning as it seemed to have been used for something not intended for a toaster. One radiator was not working. Lack of mugs. I think it would be good to consider what the average out of town traveller may need in terms of dishes cutlery and starters such as coffee tea etc as it can be difficult to get that yourself after a ling drive.

Lovely apartment. Very clean. Excellent location with lots going on along the high street. Kitchen was well equipped. We are regulars to Birmingham, so we hope to stay here again.

It was very hot (due to the weather), maybe having a fan available would help future guests.

The flat was exactly as advertised. it was clean with new furniture and all the items we required for one night stay. the beds were comfortable, there were shops, cafes and a lovely park nearby

It was a flat up several flights of steps, the top ones quite steep.

The location was perfect

It felt like the property had been recently renovated. It was missing the comfort of a home away from home. No side lamps in the bedrooms, minimum towels, no teatowels or hand towels in the kitchen, bins not ready with bin bags. The photos make it look more homely than it is. That said the host was very good although it was disappointing not to be able to pay through booking.com. I suspect with some tweaks this could be lovely place to hire when in the area.
