Modern 1 bedroom flat with free parking

The place was very clean and spacious. It was convenient to be lent a parking permit so we could park in the street.

Lack of attention to some details (flimsy taps, stained sofa), but not a big deal.

Nice little flat, had everything i needed for my stay, I would recommend a stay here.

Note: If you use the parking permit, make sure you stick it to the windscreen, and not just place it on the dashboard or, as I found out, you're recive a ticket!

Had booked for 3 adults but had to contact property several times on arrival to get bedding for the sofa bed as none was in the flat. It was delivered to us just as we were going out. Just an irritation more than anything but all worked out in the end.

The location was good and the flat was quiet. We arrived around 10pm and there was only one space left on the road for parking. There was no parking permit in the flat but on contacting the hosts they replied immediately, requested our car reg. and entered it online on the permit. Communication with hosts was good. The bathroom was clean and modern.

The bedding and towels were not pristine white. The mattress on the sofa bed was very old and stained. The sofa itself was stained and not clean. There were a couple of mugs in the kitchen which were not fit for use (red and white striped ones). The description of the property had stated that there was tea/coffee and snacks. There was a jar of old coffee and we didn't find any tea. There were no snacks.
