"Superb"

All basic facilities were available in the flat.

Parking was a small issue as it's suitable for 2 cars however if one car parks in the middle of the parking lot it then becomes difficult to park 2 vehicles

"Nice upgrade to original property - good value."

Original property was unavailable so given a larger flat was very good.

The substitute property was a lot further from my in-laws unlike the first property. Initial key lock code for substitute property was wrong. Correct one was provided a couple of hours later.

"Comfortable living space with most everything you’ll need within walking distance."

Great location, Woking station and shopping centre both within a short walking distance. The apartment was well maintained and comfortable.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped with modern facilities.
