Modern 1 bedroom flat with free parking

Entrance was via a key code which came at 7pm. It was dark and rainy and I was waiting outside for code. It was not inviting as no lights on anywhere. As a lone female I felt unsafe and didn’t want to go into the property as wasn’t sure what I would find. It wasn’t made clear where to park. I gave up and booked into the Travelodge instead.

Had to send photo ID to get code which I do don’t know till 4pm as I was driving. Once sent the code came too late and there was no directions on where to park. Once O alerted them I got a string of short messages but no apology.

Clean, everything you needed

The host was very responsive. When we arrived, the designated parking was being used by someone else and the host responded immediately to sort. The apartment is well laid out and the shower is lovely. There is a lovely park opposite, perfect for walks or if you have children there is a lovely play area.

Some attention to cleaning / maintenance is required. The silicone in the shower needs to be redone. The mattress of the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The oven mitts were very dirty. There were no oven trays and the frypan needs to be replaced.

Well kitted out flat right by the common. Staff helpful when the key was not available.

A bit expensive

Free parking and well equipped kitchen . Close to Asian food store.

No insulation. Bad soundproofing. There are people from muslin families which parting in the neibourhood until 11pm. Didn’t have any good sleep!
