Casa bella, nuova e in una posizione ottima: si raggiunge facilmente il centro a piedi e ci sono parcheggi gratuiti disponibili attorno alla casa. L’accoglienza è stata eccellente, con una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa: il divano letto è davvero scomodo, sarebbe meglio sostituirlo con un letto normale per garantire un riposo migliore. Un piccolo consiglio aggiuntivo: potrebbe essere utile mettere uno specchio anche sopra al soppalco. Nel complesso, ottima esperienza!

We stayed for 4 nights with kids and everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed — fully equipped kitchen with all kitchenware, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated during the warm days. Parking was never a problem — we could always park either right near the door or on the same street for free. There’s a grocery store nearby, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to the beautiful old town. The beach is around 15–20 minutes on foot, but we usually drove to Cala Paradiso Beach, which had free shaded parking — very convenient. The apartment also had beach chairs, which we used a couple of times. It’s a great location for exploring the area — easy drives to Bari, Polignano a Mare, Matera, and Alberobello. The woman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is closed to the train station which is good for us because we had a lot of luggage. The apartment is super clean, very spacious, located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the old town. Good for group of 4-6 people

The bed upstairs because it was a sofa bed and it wasnt straight so our backs were not that comfortable. The AC cannot cool the whole room during the summer. It was hot upstairs. Owner won't lend you an electric fan. Though there are lots of free parkings around, it is hard to find a parking. it's always our problem. always took us half an hour looking for a parking. But this is in august, peak summer soooo yeaaa
