Casa Ape Regina - Puglia Mia Apartments

The room was very clean, towels clean as well ( no shower gel provided) the location is not bad but not the best either.

There were some problems 1) the boiler when we arrived was not turned on so we had to phone and wait for someone to arrive at the location 2) no WiFi available during our stay- and they did not fixed it after we asked them for support 3) The staff assked us for 100 euros in deposit cash or credit card. I personally dislike this practice! Even thou I discovered it was written in the booking and in the end they agreed not to charge us however the conversation between the staff regarding the situation was not at top level hospitality. 4) I received messages destined for other guests ( by error) that were not meant to help with the vacation mood, by the time of voice, let’s put it that way 5) location- the area is 10 min to city centre by foot however the noises from the street can be heard- cars passing, people shouting and also the train is pretty close.. I am not saying is loud but is not for the sensitive ones Overall the staying was pleasant however when u expect guests you have to make sure things in the house are working and they don’t need to make extra calls for things to function normally.

The proximity to the old city center and the beach, and Antonella who was very helpful.

There was no bathroom supplies,not even a hand washing soap.

Location is good, ten minutes from historical center Property was spacious for 2 people Good air conditioning

Disorganised check in. Though the owner checked our arrival time a day before (2.30-3pm), on the day at 1.30 she texted that can only be at the property after 3.30 due to personal reasons. Not a very warm welcome WiFi was not working. Texted the owner but nothing really was resolved No hot water for last 3 days. When texted the the owner, she did not even respond. Not good experience showering in freezing cold water. No shampoo or shower gel Very uncomfortable bed Had to withdraw cash for city tax. Cards were not accepted

Stayed a week in Monopoli and this apartment was ideal. Short walk to the train station and old town, and easy to get transport to beaches down the coast. Antonella who met us on our first day was extremely helpful and sent us on tips for our stay. Would definitely recommend.
