Very clean and well equipped good location

Would have liked more windows

Excellent standard, very clean, spacious and thoughtfully managed. Good communication helped with initially complex access. A pleasant 15 mins walk from town.

There are effectively no windows in this loft which didn’t bother me but my wife found it a little claustrophobic despite large spaces.

The accommodation was superb, spotlessly clean & there was everything we could have possibly needed. Really comfortable bed, great shower & well equipped kitchen.

Good base location for exploring Salcombe & Kingsbridge. Easy walking distance to Kingsbridge Harbour. Quiet secluded location. Dog friendly. Everything that we were hoping for.

Limited natural light in accommodation. Otherwise all good.

Beautifully laid out, lovely and clean and perfect location for the excellent local beaches, restaurants and pubs

The Loft was Immaculate. You can not fault the cleanliness. The Bathroom was also Immaculate, the shower was Lovely! Julie And Paul, you were right. You did think of everything! Everything we needed was there.

These are only suggestions not Criticisms. The steps leading to the Loft are too big/Deep. Could be Smaller Steps. Also, a hand rail would be beneficial. The step into the Loft, is too high ( For the older person) And a grab rail would be Beneficial.
