Beautiful Apartment 3 Mins To The Beach

Very clean, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed.

Parking near the property was difficult, and limited during my stay (which I accept is no fault of the host). There is free parking on the streets mentioned, but it's a popular area, so it can be a challenge if you want to come and go as you please by car

Jo was really helpful regarding check in. Flat had everything you needed with a great location. Had a brilliant stay in St Leonards.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Town centre only 15 minutes walk away.

Towels and bedding were a little scruffy.

Everything! Reluctant to give glowing review because everyone will know what an absolutely amazing place this is, and start queuing up to book. We had an extended stay so our needs were greater than those just spending a weekend here. Jo was onhand to make sure we had everything we needed. More cooking utensils, linen, kitchen thingies.... Jo responded immediately. She even had a mini bike rack installed at our request. The flat straddles the whole of the upper floor. It's roomy, light and comfortable. It's literally 3 minutes to the beach. King's Road and Norman Road are round the corner. Brilliant eateries on doorstep including Michelin-mention The Royal (3 Faces and Farm Yard my faves). The street is quiet, the neighbours friendly. Never had problems parking 2 minutes away on Carisbrooke Road.

Minor things but maybe providing shower gel and shampoo in wall-mounted dispensers as the mini bottles are adding to the plastic mountains? Several people have already commented on this..... Would be great if there was a freezer compartment so maybe when the current fridge needs replacing?

Location

The smell. There were at least 5 air fresheners. Too much.

Loved the location,the high standard of the decor and the ease of communication with the owner who was very accommodating.

Nothing to dislike.
