Beautiful Apartment 3 Mins To The Beach

Great location, clean and well worth considering if down in Hastings

Great location. Easy access. Comfy.

A lovely apartment which has been tastefully refurbished, furnished and finished. The apartment was also very clean and the property manager/owner had added several extras including a footrest at my request which were all much appreciated.

There was nothing I did not like, the manager/owner, ensured that all home comforts were provided. If I was being picky, I would say that there are issues with parking in the general area, which is totally out of the property owners control.

Lovely apartment very close to shops and sea front,station a 5 minutes walk.The apartment was very clean with good facilities.i would definitely use this apartment again.

Only downside was parking but owner left directions for free parking only 5min walk away.

The flat was in an exceptional location, a 2-minute walk to the seafront and 15 minutes' walk to Hastings town centre, with a vast array of shops and cafés nearby. The flat was clean, and well equipped with everything that we could need for 2 of us for the length of our stay, with tea/coffee/sugar and mini toilteries provided. Correspondance with the host, Jo was excellent, she was very helpful and accomodating.

Perfect location, less than 2 mins to the beach. The hosts had left us a laminated sheet with useful information on it regarding pubs, restaurants and cafes in the area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and a perfect size for the 2 of us. Felt like a proper home from home. Shower was hot and roomy, bedroom was comfy, living area was ideal for what we needed (we weren't in the accommodation that much). Area is quite quiet so we were able to sit with the windows open.

Our internet kept dropping out, although it came back on quickly each time, but we had to reset the TV each time it happened. With two adults in the accommodation, two bath towels would have been useful (luckily my daughter brought a towel). As we had glorious weather we chose to sit out in the little courtyard for our morning coffee. We took the dining table chairs downstairs to do that, as there were no outdoor chairs supplied.

Bright & sunny. Close to promenade, groceries and Kings Road. There are several fine restaurants within a couple of blocks.

We did not have any issues with the flat.
