There was nothing to dislike and the only extra I would recommend would be the addition of a coffee machine.

Proximity to the sea. Close to Hastings.

A couple of issues I raised with the host. Strange unpleasant smell in the apartment that is being fixed. I would prefer to have the bedding ironed and for all linen (including towels) to be white. Parking is residents permit only 9am-6pm which caused some stress finding a suitable space.

The flat was very clean, and spacious. It was in a very good location, and there was no need to have a car. The train station is very nearby too. It was also nice and quiet.

The bed wasn't comfortable for us, but that's just because of our own preference, its not that there was anything wrong with it. It would have been good to have either a freezer, or at least an ice compartment in the fridge. There is a dishwasher which probably isn't needed for that particular property, I think having a freezer instead would make more sense. It would also have been good to have some info available to advise on what to do on check out, e.g. where the rubbish can be left, and what to do with the bedding and towels. This is usually available in other places. It saves having to contact the owner to ask.

The owner , Jo was very kind and let us stay in the apartment for a few hours, over our paid stay, as our flights were to be delayed due to bad weather and we would have had to sit in the rain waiting for our train connection. So we really appreciate her kindness, which helped us get through a very long travel home. Many thanks Sara.

Parking car not many places as mostly permit parking

Spacious and practical.

Apartament was beautiful, there was everything we need it ,very clean and modern and very near to the beach.
