Close to local amenities but on one of tge quieter Streets in St Leonards. First floor but good access. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furniture in living area with dinning table. Good sized bedroom

It was not a problem , but more of a neuceance Parking, There was unristricted parking about 75 meter (3 streets ) way BUT, it was not an issue or problem, Suggesting the unristricted parking is included in the information pack

The location was excellent in a nice quite street near loads of shops restaurants and close to the beach..The apartment was amazing so bright and spacious love the colours...I will be definitely booking again..Jo is a fantastic host Thank you for a lovely stay..Lovely kitchen dinning and living room lay out very nice and cosy..bathroom is lovely and the bedroom was lovely too bed was comfy self-catering apartment

The flat was lovely. Warm, clean and very comfortable.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the parking facilities. We couldn’t park near the accommodation because it was permit only and could only find a space several streets away. I think it would be better if the host had given a more accurate description of this. It did restrict what we felt we could do.

On arrival we had a card and a bottle of wine welcoming us to the apartment as the first guests to stay. It was very spaces clean and tidy and in a great location.
