Beautiful Apartment 3 Mins To The Beach

Had all that was needed for a short break. Well equipped and close to all amenities

The only negative was the bed needs a new mattress.

We loved the apartment and immediately felt at home. The apartment looked like it was recently renovated and is very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Comfortable bed, lovely double shower. Bright and airy living / dining / kitchen area. Well appointed kitchen units. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the promenade, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants and cafés which was great. We would definitely come again.

Only downside for us was the parking situation. Parking outside the property and adjacent streets is limited to two hours for non permit holders. Nearby carpark is limited to four hours. Host recommended a street a little further away where there are no restrictions. No problems finding a space there on arrival in the afternoon but difficult to find anywhere to park after having been out Friday evening.

Convenient location. Good clean facilities. Excellent shower.

Had a little trouble with unfamiliar induction hob. Parking space often difficult to find.

Very clean and modern. It was a shame we couldn't spend more time there. The location was perfect for what we came to Hastings for

No light as you walk in the side gate (unless we completely missed a switch)

Really comfortable and well kitted out apartment in pretty street with loads of space for two people. The location is fantastic close to the seashore and great places for breakfast and dinner. No need for a car as just a few minutes walk from the train station and St Leonard’s/Hastings is a great area for exploring on foot. Worth going uphill for the views!

Being close to the sea those seagulls can make a huge racket in the night! But no fault of the property of course. There were a couple of tacks sticking up through the carpet at the kitchenette area so be careful in bare feet.

I have stayed in a few properties in this area that have all been quite dated but this has been modernised. Very clean, perfect size for 1 or 2 people, excellent location.

Parking near the property can be a struggle if you have luggage but it's the same for every property in this area.
