Nothing….we couldn’t find it. No communication with owners, either phone or email. Had to pay for cab to find it and then stay in another hotel. Total waste of time and energy. Address was never really given

The modern space had almost all one would need accept for a freezer. The bed was comfortable. The night manager of another apartment was able to provide details to get in but the front doors lock was broken open so those instructions were mute.. He also was able to tell the day manager there was no Internet when I arrived at 11:00 pm. Which was good because they fixed it before my return on the 2nd night. The Hatton underground station is a bus ride away from the Great South West Road East Bedfont stop (BC). But I had trouble finding it. A map with instructions would have helped. If there was one in the binder I must have missed it.

The front doors lock had been removed, no need to follow instructions to get in and anyone could just walk in. It’s located in an industrial section. There was garbage all over the parking lot. The next morning it was being cleaned up but allot was just left upon my return. In my room it felt like someone else lived there. There were free toothbrushes and paste which was nice but then large size discount shampoo conditioner and body wash provided but partially used, the refrigerator was not dirty but just not completely cleaned, I was there three nights no one came to refresh the two thin towels. The towel dry rack never warmed up. The Internet was down the first night and morning.

Cool apartment. Clean. Got everything you need.

Location was not exactly as shown when booked. It was little outside the airport, whereas it showed in the middle of the airport on the map when I booked it.. so still a 15 minute (35 pound) ride to get there.

Smart apartment close to Heathrow. Tea coffee left.

Check in is a bit weird. Videos of door entry by WhatsApp, having to write down numbers. Could be simpler but works and quality price is great value

It was clean and rather comfortable

There was absolutely nothing around and hard to find by Uber/Cab. There were no toiletries, used toothpaste, no bath soap nor wash cloth

Perfect location .. brand new apartments which were very cozy and has the options to cook too. Car park was very large and the translation very close by so travelling via the tube was amazing really big rooms and the views were amazing. Everyone was very polite and the host had went out of their way to ensure I had a perfect stay. They had also got a taxi to drop me early hours which was perfect for me. Thank you all so much!!! I well definitely be staying longer next time.

I loved it, nothing bad to say … had given me toothbrush, toothpaste, maps for travel and all local info etc
