We travelled first time to Finland as a couple to see the northern lights . While our stay at Helsinki, our host has extended all possible support in terms of early check in, guidance to reach the place. We were thoroughly guided on the check in to the property, our host went an extra mile in handing over the keys personally, which is very kind of her. The accommodation is tidy, well maintained, clean sheets, restrooms.

good location, close to the city center, very quiet. Nice big apartments

The location is very central but at the same time quiet. The apartment was small, cozy and warm. It is equipped with everything one needs (in the kitchen, in the bathroom, etc.).

Easy check in, Elevator, Lovely interior, Comfortable&Clean room, Location near the bus station and supermarket There is a radio is good point:)

Awesome location with only 5-minutes walk to Kamppi shopping center.

It was rather difficult to find the keys on arrival. I think the host should rewrite the instructions how to find the keys and take new photos. Also the accessibility with a baby trolley was difficult because the elevator was in the second floor.

Perfect location

Quiet place, very nice and clean rooms. Good location, everything you need is nearby (supermarket, shopping center, central station, beach, parks...).

The customer service person was very responsive to help sort out issues. The location is fantastic.

The facility is a bit old. Be careful about payment. I thought I made the credit card payment via booking. Then the host suddenly told me the credit card payment is unavailable. I have to make cash payment on arrival. There is a 10 euro difference, which is strange.
