Apartment is clean and tidy, located in the center of Helsinki, next to Kamppi metro but on quiet street. Check-in instructions were clear! Good communication with the host.

"good, but they must improve some stuff and it will be excellent"

good location. a nordic normal room but they must do some improvements. a lot of stuff for guest (washing, kitchen, storage, light, smart tv, etc)

1. before us they maybe had some not so clean guests, so the smell persisted (in fact one of the windows was still open when we arrive, in the middle of the winter, but the smell still there) 2. the beds, they need a new system or something to keep the mattresses in place (and the beds also) 3. the bathroom door need a doorknob and a lock

Many facilities not working or damaged. Bathroom door can not be locked. The wooden wall near oven already came out. Toaster also not working.... Yes

There is not fresh air in the rooms. Heating on.
