Great location, easy location to the main strip. Clean. We had a hot water issue the first night of our stay, emailed the owner and within a couple minutes was called and maintenance was onsite within 20 minutes. EXTREMELY PLEASED!

Upstairs bedroom and bathroom stayed alittle to hot for our comfort but it was a minor issue

the location is great in a quiet neighborhood close the the main drag of Pigeon Forge. the house has lovely outside deck areas to enjoy and a great central living space. hot tub was nice and cozy

the bunk bed room was extremely uncomfortable. I feel like the lower floor bath was really showing its age. The kitchen is small, fine for basics.

Location was fantastic close to parkway ! Easy to get out of traffic during Rod Run . Nice cabin loved hot tub!!

Lots leaves out back lower deck needed a leaf blower. Hot tub no directions to fill it up or a spicket but I called they were very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect near a variety of restaurants and shops. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!
