The Family Stone Luxe Cabin Sleeps 12 Hot tub Dogfriendly Dollywood

We loved that it was dog friendly and the hot tub the best.

Location and it had plenty of room for all of us!

Had to wait on cleaning person and one bed was broken and uncomfortable, hot tub was not clean.

This very large and spacious lodge was just outstanding! It is very well appointed and clean and with just about every amenity one could need, including dishwasher, laundry facilities, outdoor gas-fired grill. The decking area was beautiful with comfortable seating and a gas-lit fire pit, in fact there was a separate decking for at least one of the other bedrooms, much to the enjoyment of one of our party! The bedrooms are all spacious and decorated to a high standard. This holiday home was just incredible and far exceeded our expectations. The lodge even had a games room complete with pool table and also an outdoor jacuzzi (spa bath?) which we didn't use but would if we visit again. We visited ahead of our stay in Nashville (while we explored Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) and wished we had visited the other way around - this would have been the perfect place to relax after the freneticism of the CMA Festival in Nashville. We are highly likely to return in the future. Also, the host was very responsive to questions and to our delay in arriving.

There is very little to say about what we didn't like and they are very minor points. The air conditioning seemed a little inconsistent, with some of our party (in the lower rooms) reporting they were too cold at times while we (on the top floor) got a little too warm. However, we all slept fine on the very comfortable beds and this was not a big deal. The lodge is located up a steep and winding road and about 5 minutes drive from the centre of the action in Pigeon Forge - some people may find it a bit too far from the action because walking into town and back (up the hill) wasn't really an option. We were lucky as we didn't mind driving there and back. Still, some visitors may find this inconvenient - that said, I think the quality of the accommodation far outweighs this possible inconvenience. The only other minor point was that the outdoor grill was broken - the ignition contacts had come away from the burners. Thankfully, my friend and I are quite handy and were able to fix it and get it working. As I said at the start, these are very minor points and overall I would still rate this property a solid 10 out of 10. It was just superb.

Location was amazing! Very short distance to all attractions, yet super quiet and secluded.

The cabin was perfect! So beautiful and well set up. We had everything we needed.

Enjoyed the back decks the most! Beds were very comfortable. Only problem was with initially trying to use our streaming apps but the owner was very quick to solve the problem. We loved our stay!
