It was cold when we came but there were 2 electric heaters and at the end AC started to work as well.

DE街の中心地にあるので、アルハンブラ宮殿、サン・ニコラス広場、レストラン等の施設にも非常にアクセスが良い。チェックインが16時となっていたが、フレキシブルに15時チェックインで対応してくれた。
入り口が少し分かりにくい。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらう場合は近場のロッカーに預ける必要あり。(でも、ロッカーの場所は案内してもらえた)

USLocation is good if walking or using public transit (no cars on the pedestrian street), attractions are nearby. The apartment was nicely styled and very clean. Host was responsive and welcoming. Some Nespresso pods provided was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable if a bit small.
The apartment needs new windows, as mentioned by other reviewers. We were there in late November, and unfortunately the apartment was cold, even with the heater on high. While there were no cars on the nearby streets, any other noise outside came in very clearly and there was loud music late into the night and people talking as well. Parking was very difficult nearby, though it was a busy night with Christmas celebrations.
