GBWe had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Granada and would happily recommend it. The location is truly superb: right in the centre of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, so it feels peaceful and not at all hectic. There is a little more noise on Saturday night due to a pub downstairs and another across the road, but it was never a real problem. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, although it does tend to get dusty quite quickly. All the main sights are within easy walking distance, including the Alhambra, the Albaicín viewpoints and Granada Mosque, and it is also very close to the Alcaicería. Check-in and check-out were extremely straightforward and hassle-free.
A couple of very minor points: the 11-litre hot water tank may be a bit small if five people shower one after another, although spacing shower times solves this easily. There is also no washing machine and no suitable place to hang washing indoors (we visited in winter and the patio was wet due to rain). These are small inconveniences rather than real drawbacks.

Se escucha un poco de ruido de vecinos, pero es algo normal al final..
ESLa ubicación me pareció perfecta, todo muy céntrico, podíamos ir a pie a todos lados, teníamos la catedral a 3/4 minutos andando.
Lo que no me gustó mucho fue que había un pub debajo de la casa y se escuchaba la música y la gente fuera hablando fuerte.

USIt was very clean, comfortable & right in the center of the old city. It was a great respite from "hotel life" we have had over the past 3 weeks while touring Spain with our choir. The 4 of us all agreed we wanted to return to Granada & stay at El Nuevo HOME again!
No one was there when we came to check in, but fortunately Booking.com had the necessary info to enter our apartment .
PRMuy limpio y cercano a todo. Llame varias veces y contestaron mis preguntas muy rápido. Lugar muy limpio y muy bonito decorado. Lo recomiendo.
